RJ45 type cable used as a communication link between the base I/O relay board and the processor control board. This is an 8-pin 8-conductor (8P8C) patch cable rated at TIA/EIA-568-A Cat 5 or higher and rated for 75°C (167°F) or higher and is not a crossover cable. It meets the same standards as those used for Ethernet applications and has locking tabs at both ends with strain relief.
