The damper control board takes the variable voltage output from the output board "Y" and sends power to the damper actuator. To test this part, jumper the "Y" and "R" terminals and read voltage between "O" and "O". This voltage should be about 60% of input voltage. Then, remove the "Y" wire and voltage should be near zero.
