Charge Delay Timer - (Fixed "Turn On" Delay Time after Anticipated Peak Signal)

This location (commonly referred to as the Utility Mode Timer Function) sets the amount of time the heater will be delayed before allowing the heating elements to be energized after  an anticipated peak period.  The value set is multiplied by 10 to determine the number of minutes for the delay.  For example, if the value is set to d10, at the end of an anticipated peak period, charging will be delayed for 100 minutes, even if a peak signal is not received.
